How to order

  1. Review the Submission Instructions.
  2. Select your Advertisement Type and the Artist you are honoring from the drop-down menus.
  3. Submit or upload your formatted ad.

One ad per order. Please do not submit multiple ads under a single order. Each advertisement needs its own order number to be included in the souvenir journal.

Ad file requirements. Only formatted ads are accepted. Ads must be camera-ready (ready to print as submitted), in PDF, JPEG, JPG, or PNG format, and no larger than 10 MB.
